Steamed Broccolini

Serves 2-4 people
Ingredients
2 bunches of broccolini
Olive oil
Cracked Pepper

Method
1. Heat water in a Wok till simmering (small fast bubbles, 95-98 degrees Celsius)
2. Trim the end of the broccolini.
3. Place into the water. Allow to cook until the white dot on the end of the stalks vanish. You will then know the broccolini is still slightly crunchy and not overcooked.
4. Drain the broccolini and then place on a serving dish. Drizzle with olive oil and cracked pepper.
